With over 23 years of architectural experience and a Florida real estate license, Ani sees properties differently, not just as physical structures, but as experiences waiting to be shaped and assets waiting to perform.
GIDEART™ was born from a simple observation: most properties are under leveraged, not because of their location or size, but because of how they feel, how they flow, and how they’re positioned.
But the vision goes further than optimization. GIDEART believes better real estate should support three forms of wealth: human wellbeing, economic opportunity and long-term asset value.
